Finance Officer

About the Role: 

The Accounts & Finance Manager / CA for Southern Africa in Cserve Corporation will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of the company's business in the region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, f inancial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow management. As the Accounts & Finance Manager / CA for Southern Africa, you will be expected to handle all financial matters and provide strategic guidance in decision-making processes. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the company's financial objectives are met while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. 

You will have the responsibility of ensuring the timely closure of The General Ledger, monitoring financial performance, identifying areas of improvement for The General Ledger and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with audit and tax requirements. Benefits Provided by The Company:

• Maintains compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and participates in interim and year-end audits with internal and external auditors.
• Hands-on experience in Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping, budgeting, MIS Reports, Excel mandate for the role
• Mentors and directs other members of the accounting team as necessary; serves as the subject matter expert to develop and maintain training materials.
• Experience of setup up of new general ledger accounts, dimensions and integrations into the ERP systems; Tally9, SAP, or any, to identify and documents process improvements.
• Contribute to moderately complex projects, Legal Compliance
• Identifies and involves in workplace innovation towards solutions aimed to simplify or automate activities.

 Eligibility 

• Must have well versed experience of 5+ Years in CA Firm / Accounting Firm or related industries
• Should be graduate with Commerce Background with related educations of B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA / ICWA
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Board knowledge of accounting practices and principles
• Must have experience of operate budgeting, advanced experience of Excel and database skills
• Advanced experience with ERP software like Tally 9, SAP etc.
• Must willing to relocate to an International location in Southern Africa (Maputo, Mozambique)
