Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Officer for Domestic and International IT/Non-IT recruitment and staffing company, your primary responsibility will be to attract, identify, and hire top talent for IT-related positions on behalf of our clients. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization by building a pipeline of esteemed clients and qualified candidates. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates with their skills and experience.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidate qualifications to determine their suitability for specific job openings.
  • Interviewing: Conduct thorough and insightful interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the positions.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract the right talent.
  • Job Postings and Advertising: Write compelling and accurate job descriptions and advertisements, and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites to maximize visibility and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed evaluations and recommendations.
  • Offer Negotiation and On-boarding: Coordinate and facilitate the negotiation of job offers, assist with on-boarding activities, and ensure a smooth transition for the newly hired candidates.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to effectively compete in the IT recruitment market.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Client Acquisition: Responsible for finding and developing new leads for potential new account/client, calling and visiting prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales and focusing on building a long-term business relationship with them. Establishment of new client and maintain a longer term relationship with them.

 Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Masters / Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ year proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT/Non-IT roles, technologies, and skillsets to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Result-oriented mind set with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
