Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development– IT Sales to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT solutions/services (such as software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise solutions), strong negotiation skills, and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT sales (B2B).
  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Present IT solutions to clients and conduct product demos.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment.

Requirements:

  • 1 –8 years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
