At Jobx24, we aim to provide a seamless experience for both employers and job seekers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for services offered on our platform.
By using Jobx24 and purchasing any subscription plans, services, or additional features, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under specific circumstances, as detailed below. Jobx24 does not offer refunds for the following:
Services that have been fully delivered or utilized.
Situations where you change your mind after purchasing a service.
Refunds for job seekers, as our platform is free for them.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
2. Subscription Plans (For Employers)
2.1 Monthly Subscription Plans
Refund Eligibility: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the platform experienced a technical issue that prevented the use of the service for an extended period.
Pro-rated Refunds: No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription within the monthly billing period.
Cancelation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscription Plans
Refund Eligibility: Annual subscription fees are refundable within the first 30 days after purchase, provided that you have not used any of the included features (e.g., posting job listings, accessing candidate profiles). After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
Pro-rated Refunds: If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the time elapsed and the services used.
Cancelation: You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. However, refunds will only be issued if cancellation occurs within the eligible 30-day window.
3. Job Posting Services
3.1 Individual Job Postings
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be issued once a job posting is live on the platform. Please review your job post details carefully before submission.
Posting Errors: If there was a technical error or glitch in posting your job, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will investigate the issue. If the error was on our side, we may issue a credit to your account for a new job posting.
3.2 Bulk Job Postings
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for unused job postings in bulk packages are only available within 30 days of purchase, provided no jobs have been posted. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the postings have been used.
No Partial Refunds: Once one or more job postings have been used, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused job slots.
4. Additional Paid Features (e.g., Featured Job Listings, Priority Listing)
Refund Eligibility: Paid features, such as boosting your job listing for better visibility, are non-refundable once activated. This includes, but is not limited to, featured job placements, highlighted listings, or any similar paid feature.
Errors or Issues: If the feature you paid for was not correctly applied due to a platform error, you may be eligible for a credit or replacement of the feature. Please contact customer support within 24 hours of noticing the issue.
5. Technical Issues
If you are unable to use the platform due to technical problems or maintenance for an extended period, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit. To qualify:
You must report the issue to Jobx24 within 48 hours of the problem occurring.
Jobx24 will investigate the issue and determine if it qualifies for a refund or credit based on the downtime and impact on service use.
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email our support team at support@jobx24.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Provide your account details, the service you purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
Supporting Documentation: Attach any necessary documentation to support your request, such as proof of technical issues or errors.
Review and Processing: We will review your request and, if applicable, issue a refund within 10-15 business days. You will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
7. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The timeline for receiving your refund depends on your payment provider:
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
PayPal: Refunds may take 1-3 business days to reflect in your PayPal account.
Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 7-14 business days, depending on your bank.
8. Refund Denials
Refund requests may be denied under the following conditions:
The refund request is outside of the eligible time frame.
The service has already been fully utilized.
Misuse of the platform, violation of Terms & Conditions, or fraudulent activity was detected on the account.
The reason for the refund is dissatisfaction without a specific, valid claim (e.g., "I changed my mind" or "I no longer need the service").
In cases where a refund is denied, we will inform you via email with a detailed explanation.
9. No Refund Policy for Free Trials
If you signed up for a free trial of any of our services and later converted to a paid plan, you are not eligible for a refund after the free trial period has ended. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue with the paid plan.
10. Changes to This Refund Policy
Jobx24 reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the platform, and where necessary, we will notify users via email. Continued use of the platform following these changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
