Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch to new corporate clients to secure business-to-business (B2B) recruitment contracts.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing employer clients to encourage repeat business.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate fee structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms with client companies.

Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor pricing, and hiring demands to spot new market opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and sourcing teams to ensure candidate supply matches client demand.

Revenue Tracking: Monitor sales targets, manage commercial risks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
