About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Officer to join our Visas Online Division based in Indore. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in visa processing within a travel agency or a corporate travel desk environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa and work permit applications across multiple countries, including the UK, USA, UAE, and African nations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle visa processing (business, tourist, work permits) and e-Visa applications.
• Manage documentation, form submissions, appointment bookings, and client coordination.
• Stay updated with embassy regulations and country-specific visa requirements.
• Verify all client documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Use online portals for e-Visa applications and track application status.
• Ensure timely submission of applications to avoid delays or rejections.
• Maintain proper records and documentation logs for each client.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates, requirements, and clarifications.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in visa and work permit processing (mandatory).
• Previous employment in a travel agency or corporate travel desk is essential.
• Strong understanding of visa documentation, embassy rules, and consulate procedures.
• Expertise in handling e-Visa portals and online submission systems.
• Attention to detail with the ability to verify and organize supporting documents.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
