Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Branch Head / Business Head to lead our Recruitment & Staffing business operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, client onboarding, stakeholder management, staff augmentation deal closures, revenue generation, team leadership, and service delivery within the recruitment and staffing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless client onboarding, managing recruitment delivery, achieving monthly revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction through timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and generate business opportunities for Recruitment and Staffing services.
  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including requirement understanding, commercial discussions, agreement formalities, and account setup.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
  • Gather hiring requirements from clients and ensure effective communication with recruitment teams.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and successful closure of client requirements as per agreed timelines.
  • Lead staff augmentation discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Monitor team productivity, performance, and recruitment delivery metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and proactively address client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and service commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Solutions.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, client onboarding, and account management within a recruitment/staffing firm.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated success in staff augmentation deal closures and business development.
  • Experience managing recruitment delivery teams and improving team productivity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and workforce solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and high-volume hiring requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Existing network of industry contacts and clients will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in IT and Non-IT staffing environments is preferred.
