We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Head / Branch Head to lead and scale our Indore operations for two fast-growing verticals: 

Technology Department (Web, Software, App Development) 

Recruitment & Staffing Department (Recruitment, EOR, Outsourcing & Staff Augmentation) 
 

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end branch performance, including revenue generation, business development, partnerships, team management, and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Revenue & Business Growth (Primary KPI) 

Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets across: 

IT Services (Web, Software, Apps) 

Recruitment & EOR services 

Staff Augmentation (Domestic & International) 

Generate new business through: 

Direct B2B sales 

International client acquisition (US, UK, UAE preferred) 

Strategic partnerships and tie-ups 

 

2. Staff Augmentation Business Development 

Build and expand staff augmentation pipeline 

Develop partnerships with: 

IT companies for developer outsourcing 

Global clients requiring remote teams 

Create recurring billing models (monthly resource billing) 

 

3. Partnerships & Tie-Ups 

Establish relationships with: 

Recruitment agencies (sub-vendor model) 

IT service providers 

Consultants and channel partners 

Develop long-term revenue channels 

 

4. Branch Operations & Administration 

Oversee complete branch operations, including: 

Daily office functioning 

Documentation & compliance 

Filings, reporting, and internal coordination 

Ensure smooth coordination between: 

HR, Accounts, Sales, and Technical teams 

 

5. Team Management & Leadership 

Lead and manage: 

Recruiters 

Developers 

Sales & support staff 

Set KPIs and monitor performance 

Improve team productivity and accountability 

 

6. Process Implementation & Systems 

Implement structured workflows for: 

Recruitment pipeline 

Sales funnel 

Project delivery 

Ensure effective usage of CRM systems 
 

7. Profitability & Cost Control 

Monitor branch profitability: 

Revenue vs expenses 

Resource utilization 

Optimize operations for higher margins 

 

8. Reporting & Strategy 

Report directly to management 

Provide weekly updates on: 

Revenue 

Pipeline 

Challenges 

Growth opportunities 

 

Candidate Requirements 

Experience: 

6–12 years of experience 

Must have experience in at least ONE: 

IT Services Sales / Delivery 

Recruitment / Staffing / EOR 

Staff Augmentation business 

 

Skills: 

Strong B2B sales & deal closing ability 

Experience in handling P&L or business unit 

Strong networking and partnership-building skills 

Understanding of IT services and staffing models
