Requirements
Experience of IT sales or software solution selling required.
Experience in Website, CRM, ERP, or SaaS product sales
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
- Familiar with LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing for lead generation
- Understanding of technical offerings with the ability to prepare proposals and presentations
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for IT products and services including website development, CRM, ERP, and SaaS solutions.
- Handle inbound leads and actively pursue outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Prepare and share technical proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and closures
- Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility and custom requirement discussions
- Maintain CRM and lead pipeline trackers to manage follow-ups and reporting
- Provide feedback to the technical team for product and service improvements based on market insights.
