Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager with a CA/finance background to oversee financial operations, compliance, and reporting. You will be responsible for budgeting, auditing, taxation, cash flow management, and leading a finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure tax compliance and manage internal controls.
• Oversee audits and regulatory compliance.
• Lead financial strategy, cost management, and risk mitigation.
• Manage financial reporting and guide decision-making at the senior level.
• Mentor and manage the finance team.

Qualifications:

• CA or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian tax laws and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
