Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve business targets for Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the assigned branch.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and internal teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships post-disbursement.
• Support collection efforts to maintain a non-delinquent portfolio.
• Conduct marketing campaigns and collaborate with vendors to drive business.
• Train DSAs on HL/LAP products and policies to ensure quality business sourcing.
• Achieve cross-sell targets by identifying opportunities with existing customers.

Eligibility:

• 1.5 to 5 years of experience in Housing Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP), preferably in the banking or NBFC sector.
• Graduation required.
