Graphics Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to craft high-quality visuals for digital and print media. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging graphics for social media, web banners, print collateral, presentations, etc.

Translate concepts into visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate across teams for campaigns and branding projects.

Adapt and iterate designs based on feedback.

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media trends, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills & Tools:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD for UI/UX and web-based design

Knowledge of basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools is a plus)

Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and branding

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut)

Experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or other AI-assisted design tools

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based design coordination (not mandatory)
