Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the assigned region. You will be leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
• Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Team Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Budget Management: Ensure efficient management of the sales budget, optimizing resources to achieve maximum returns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in Cosmetic and Beauty Products.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Nampula market and customer base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
