Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring maximum ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Perform audience research and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Develop strategies for retargeting, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution models.
  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
