Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, and stories).
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong community.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality visuals and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in running paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and community management.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
