About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by performing manual testing, identifying defects, documenting issues, and working closely with the development team to deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities
1 Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications.
2 Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
3 Identify, document, and track software defects.
4 Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, UI/UX, and Compatibility Testing.
5 Verify bug fixes and conduct re-testing.
6 Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
7 Ensure all requirements are thoroughly tested before release.
8 Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports.
9 Participate in requirement analysis and sprint planning meetings.
Required Skills
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
Experience in writing effective test cases and bug reports.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of API Testing using Postman.
Basic understanding of Selenium or other automation tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
Knowledge of Git or version control systems is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or a related field.
Freshers with good knowledge of software testing are encouraged to apply.
