Job Overview:
Cserve Technologies is hiring a Business Developer (Marketing) with a strong IT background to lead generation and business growth, client management, and profitability in the India region. This role requires expertise in IT sales and business development across multiple domains, including software and security technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services (Web, Mobile, Digital marketing, SaaS, eCommerce).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking and outreach.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to offer innovative solutions.
  • Handle negotiations and prepare proposals/contracts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or related fields. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT services/products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or direct B2B outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • MBA, MCA, B.E., or equivalent degree

Experience:

  • 3+ years in IT sales, business development, and market research with a proven track record.
