Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive brand growth, channel expansion, and customer engagement across domestic and international markets. • Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies for perfume product lines • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity • Lead new product launches, from concept to shelf, including packaging, pricing, and promotion • Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using CRM tools and data analytics platforms • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing with fragrance innovation • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Required Skills & Competencies
• In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour in the fragrance or FMCG sector • Strong sales and negotiation capabilities to support channel growth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities • Familiarity with packaging trends, especially in luxury or personal care products.
