To manage and coordinate all construction activities on the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities.
  • Ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.

Site Management

  • Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors.
  • Monitor productivity and resource allocation.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Quality Control

  • Ensure construction works meet required specifications and standards.

Scheduling

  • Work with project planners to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Professional registration with SACPCMP essential

Experience

  • 10–15 years construction experience
  • Experience managing large infrastructure projects
  • Experience with FIDIC / COTO contracts
