Job Description

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of IT sales or software solution selling experience
  • Experience in website, CRM, ERP, or SaaS product sales
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, cold calling, and email marketing for lead generation
  • Understanding of technical offerings with the ability to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Strong communication and client handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for IT products and services including website development, CRM, ERP, and SaaS solutions.
  • Handle inbound leads and actively pursue outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to understand requirements and pitch relevant solutions
  • Prepare and share technical proposals, presentations, and quotations aligned with client needs
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and closures
  • Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility and custom requirement discussions
  • Maintain CRM and lead pipeline trackers to manage follow-ups and reporting
  • Provide feedback to the technical team for product and service improvements based on market insights.
