Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in sales, BD, or international HR solutions

Knowledge of EOR, Payroll Outsourcing, or HRMS

Strong communication and email proposal writing

Client handling experience with international markets

Presentable and confident in virtual meetings

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire international clients for EOR, payroll, and HR services

Conduct market research for lead targeting

Send proposals and presentations

Handle client meetings and negotiations

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet sales targets

Coordinate onboarding with operations

Maintain trackers and reports

Attend events and networking forums
