Job Overview:
Cserve Corporation is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee HR functions, focusing on payroll, attendance management, employee taxation, and policy development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in employee relations, payroll administration, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll & Attendance: Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee tax compliance.
  • Employee Relations (EOR): Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update company policies in line with organizational goals.
  • Contracting: Handle employee contracts, renewals, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Employee Taxation: Ensure accurate tax filings and maintain up-to-date records on employee taxation.

Required Expertise:

  • Skills: Payroll, Attendance Management, Employee Taxation, EOR, Policy Making, Contract Management
  • HR Proficiency: Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7+ years in HR management, with a focus on payroll, policy development, and employee relations.
