Requirements:

1–3 years of recruitment experience

Hands-on with sourcing, screening, and coordination

Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, or internal portals

Target-driven and closure mindset

Basic Excel and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates from portals and internal databases

Conduct initial screenings

Schedule interviews

Follow up with candidates and clients

Maintain reports and trackers

Meet closure targets

Ensure a good candidate experience

Support bulk/niche hiring
